IMPROVED for 2009:This kit combines our snap-lead calbe with dround, and a special large snap-in electrode  that fits into a custom-molded holder. One holder contains both a positive electrode and the ground electrode. This is placed on the right wrist. The negative electrode has a single collor holder and is placed on the left wrist. These electrodes are never gelled. Instead the skin is prepared as usual, and the skin and electrode sufraces are wetted with an alcohol swab.
